About Liquid Microneedling

What is Liquid Microneedling?

Liquid Microneedling with CellStory is a non-invasive, needle-free skincare treatment that uses a liquid formula containing 50,000 microscopic "liquid needles" called Microspear® to exfoliate the skin and stimulate collagen production. To achieve optimal results, a series of multiple treatments is typically recommended.

How Liquid Microneedling Works

This treatment helps to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin texture and deliver bouncy, healthy, and glowing skin. It can also be used on active acne, for visibly clearer-looking skin. The system features a 20 amino acid complex to provide moisture and nourishment, and is made without harmful preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial fragrance.

What to Expect During Liquid Microneedling

CELLSTORY takes approximately 1 hour with no numbing, needles or downtime.

Preparation: Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed.

Treatment: During the procedure, you may feel some warmth and a scratching/tingling sensation as if sand was being rubbed on your skin.

Post-Treatment: Skin may be red and flushed in appearance and dryness may occur, similar to a mild/moderate sunburn. While rare, mild swelling may occur. I may also experience skin tingling for up to 72 hours after treatment. Redness will diminish significantly within a few hours. Within the next 72 hours, the skin will have returned to normal. After three days, there is rarely any evidence that the CELLSTORY has taken place.
